Here are some maps of the Tendo Dojo. I used to know where these were located on the web, but since I don't, I've scanned them myself and placed them here at my web site.

Note that the last link is to a very high resolution image of the Tendo home layout itself. I created this at Thomas Hackwood's request. This image is scanned at 600 dpi and is 2000 x 1296 pixels. The compressed jpg is 355k, the image when uncompressed is about 2.47g. So it's a very big file, but this way you should be able to view even the small text on the image.

Andy Searls is the person behind the Virtual Tendo Home Project, which I highly reccomend if you REALLY want to know what the Tendo home looks like. He's working from these same graphics to create a virtual version of the Tendo home.

These maps should be helpful to any Ranma 1/2 fanfiction author who wants to get a better idea of how the Tendo household is laid out. For one thing, I've seen many stories in which the furo (bath) is located on the second floor of the house. If you study this map carefully, you'll see that the second floor has only four bedrooms (Akane, Nabiki, Kasumi, and Genma/Ranma's room) plus a very small toilet, which also contains a sink I believe. The furo is located on the first floor, near the back of the house.
